Tom Weed, CEO founded and continues to teach the ENTEC core values of character, competence and conviction. Tom participates in conceptualizing creative, root cause solutions and takes a personal interest in client satisfaction. Tom graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and serves on the Foster College of Business National Council of Advisors. Tom founded ENTEC in 1981.

 

Ted Lueken, COO/CFO joined ENTEC in February of 2011. Ted is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to joining ENTEC, Ted held executive positions at several middle-market companies. Ted is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants at the Illinois CPA Society.


 

Terry Hargrove, VP of Operations has responsibility for operations in both the mechanical and building automation business units with over 21 years at ENTEC. Terry has certifications in Delta, Honeywell and Tridium products. Terry has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University and is a published contributor to the ASHRAE Journal.


 

Terry Setterlund, VP Control Sales is responsible for growing the Illinois and Iowa markets. Terry has 26 years of experience in the temperature control industry working for Johnson Controls in St. Louis before joining ENTEC in 1990. Terry has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.


 

George White, VP Business Systems is responsible for creating automation strategies to improve business processes. George holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University and an Honors Diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology in India. He has over 18 years of experience with software development, deployment and change management.
